If you have 'garage' you go in and kill the guy in the building. I had 3 diamonds to start with in the house I started in (if you don't start with 3 then check Central Square for 3 diamonds in the basement), Decrepit Squat I found 1 + another 1 when you give Grisha food. Kill the old couple in there and loot the place with Boris. In order to get this achievement, you have to select Livia, who is pregnant, and get her to survive the war.
